The Dystonia Coalition (DC) held a webinar in March of 2024 to provide updates on current projects and launch discussion on future plans.
The webinar was hosted by Hyder Jinnah, MD, PhD, director and principal investigator of the DC.
Updates were provided on the following projects:
- Natural History Project—Joel Perlmutter, PhD, co-director and principal investigator of the DC, provided an update on past and current research.
- Biobank Project—Carlos Cruchaga, PhD, principal investigator of the DC, provided an update on past and current research.
- Objective Measures Project—David Peterson, PhD, principal investigator of the DC, provided an update on past and current research.
- Patient-Centered Outcomes (PCO) Project—Sara Pirio Richardson, MD, FAAN, who is the principal investigator on this project, was unable to attend. In her place, Dr. Jinnah discussed this project.
